infrADAC Release v1.6 - The Power of Six!

infrADAC ACAD / Installer / v1.6.0.144

infrADAC ACAD Installer v1.6.0.144 stable 07 Oct 2026

infrADAC MCAD

infrADAC v1.6 adds bulk editing of selected global fields, attribute forms that open specific details first, asset style rules and a docked MCAD Asset Inspector. It brings the workflow to ACAD LT and BCAD Lite alongside ACAD, BCAD, DCAD and MCAD, with one installer and the correct updater for each edition. This cumulative update also includes the audit, export, creation and MCAD integration fixes made since 1.5.6.

Text backup
  • ACAD LT and BCAD Lite editions with compiled CAD bridges, an external infrADAC application and the ADACRun startup command.
  • Bulk Edit Global Attributes under Edit Asset. Apply selected fields to all eligible assets or a chosen scope, including individual nested fields.
  • Asset style rules choose blocks and line types from saved attributes while retaining the asset identity and geometry.
  • MCAD Asset Inspector docked beside the drawing with Find, Edit and attribute viewing actions. Installation adds it with the ribbon.
  • MCAD Convert reviews unrecognised native attribute names and affected asset counts before retaining those fields.
  • Asset forms show specific attributes first. Existing assets can be saved directly or opened in Global Attributes for further editing.
  • Optional enum fields have a Nil control. Optional structures have an Include control and reopen using their saved state.
  • Bulk editing uses the existing Attribute Details form. Only selected fields change, identifiers remain protected and schema eligibility controls the affected asset types.
  • Audit and export prepare asset data once to reduce repeated drawing scans. Processing feedback remains visible and responsive while work completes.
  • Export follows the active receiver profile and ADAC schema. Enabled nested structures retain all required XML elements, including Nil for unset nillable children.
  • MCAD labels use one multiline label with one asset lookup. Generate accepts supported hatch boundaries and offers native label and leader placement.
  • MCAD conversion retains native ADAC data, project fields and independent infrADAC edits. Repeated conversion retains stable asset identity.
