- Fixed exporter-owned Software project metadata being reported as missing during audit and export.
- Fixed infrADAC BCAD exporting the ACAD product name in Software metadata.
- Fixed Council and Utility values being emitted as individual attributes instead of consolidated ComponentInfo.Notes entries.
- Fixed audit reports flagging Council and Utility additional values as missing when those values existed in entity XDATA or ComponentInfo.Notes.
- Fixed XML boolean values being serialised as True or False instead of lowercase true or false.
