Fixed exporter-owned Software project metadata being reported as missing during audit and export.
Fixed infrADAC BCAD exporting the ACAD product name in Software metadata.
Fixed Council and Utility values being emitted as individual attributes instead of consolidated ComponentInfo.Notes entries.
Fixed audit reports flagging Council and Utility additional values as missing when those values existed in entity XDATA or ComponentInfo.Notes.
Fixed XML boolean values being serialised as True or False instead of lowercase true or false.
