1Overview

Use the infrADAC update workflow to install software releases and entitled receiver profile updates.

Software and profiles

Software is applied by the infrADAC Updater after the CAD host closes. Receiver profiles are installed from the available update list.

2Before checking

  • Save open work.
  • Confirm internet access and a valid licence.
  • Close the CAD host when the updater requests it.

Open Updates

Select Update from the infrADAC interface.

The current product and profile entitlements are checked.

4Receiver profile updates

When a local profile contains user changes, choose the available merge or replace action before installation.

Review customised content before replacing a profile.

5Pending software updates

A verified software update can remain pending until the CAD host closes. Select the pending update to continue.

The updater applies the staged release after the host closes.

6Recovery and logs

If an update fails, keep the support code and updater log. The existing installation remains available when replacement has not completed.
