Resources includes the infrADAC Wiki, Example, Help Centre and Support. Use the example file as a known dataset, the infrADAC Wiki for schema guidance and Help Centre for product guidance.

2Resource boundaries
Each resource answers a different kind of question and has its own service availability.

3Choose the right resource
Use the example for product learning, Wiki for schema questions and Help for tasks.
Load the example
Use a known file to learn the interface.
- Open Tools and choose Example.
- Load the supplied ADAC example.
- Explore file tabs, filters, details and List View.
Search the infrADAC Wiki
Use schema guidance for data questions.
- Open the infrADAC Wiki.
- Search by class, feature or attribute.
- Compare the guidance with the selected asset's submitted values.
Open help or support
Use product guidance for interface and service issues.
- Open Help Centre for task articles.
- Check current service status when a tool is unavailable.
- Use Support with the exact file/tool context when the issue persists.

6Troubleshooting
The example works but my file does not
The viewer is functioning. Compare XML structure, coordinate metadata and parsed asset counts, then use audit or return the source issue to the authoring system.
Wiki search returns no result
Try the schema class, feature name or exact attribute name. Confirm the Wiki service is online.
