1Overview
Collaborate creates or joins a shared review room and shows its current participant limit.
A reviewer, designer and receiver need to discuss the same mapped submission in real time.
2Before you begin
- Confirm project information is approved for live sharing.
- Use a reliable internet connection.
- Agree who will host and which file should be reviewed.
3Room state
Live rooms share the supported review state for the active session.

4Run a shared review
Verify the connection, review the file and close with recorded actions.
Create or join
Open Collaborate from Tools.
- Choose to create a room or enter the supplied room details.
- Use the displayed room identifier securely.
- Wait for connection status before changing the review state.
Share the review
Keep the room focused on one active question.
- Load or select the agreed project context.
- Use map navigation and inspection while participants are connected.
- Watch room status and participant count.
End the session
Close the shared room deliberately.
- Confirm review actions and outstanding corrections.
- Leave or close the room.
- Do not assume temporary room state changed the source XML.

6Troubleshooting
The room is full
Ask an inactive participant to leave or start a new approved session.
Participants see different state
Confirm everyone joined the same room and that the connection status is active. Re-select the agreed file and map mode after reconnecting.
The room disconnects
Preserve the room identifier, check service status and reconnect. Record decisions outside the room when network reliability is poor.
